Complete All-GLVC Team
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Nov. 15, 2012)-- University of Wisconsin-Parkside outside hitter 
Bridget Nickel was one of 12 student-athletes earning First Team All-Great Lakes Valley Conference on Thursday at the league's volleyball award reception at the NCAA Hall of Champions.
The junior earns a spot on the first team after closing the GLVC season second in the conference in kills per set with 4.33. Nickel leads the Rangers in kills posting 365 on the year, including a team-best 251 during the GLVC slate. The outside hitter accumulated 159 digs during GLVC play while recording 10 service aces and notching 38 blocks. She was additionally named to the 12-player All-GLVC East Division team.
The Rangers open up the GLVC Championship Tournament on Friday, taking on the University of Indianapolis at 7:30 p.m. (Eastern) at the Indy South Sports Academy.
